Audrey's Vineyard Accommodation

The Homestead

The Homestead is the original Victorian farmhouse, under oak trees, alongside a dam and overlooking the vineyards. It is the ideal family holiday venue and is very close to the wedding and conference venue, Leipzig Country House. There are 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 - 12 people (4 bathrooms, 2 en-suite). It has a large lounge with a fireplace and a big well equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher & washing machine. Two bedrooms have double beds while the other three have twin-beds/King-size double beds.  One bedroom has 2 extra single beds as a bunk bed in it.

The Cottage

The wooden cottage is a romantic self-catering retreat.  Situated next to the vineyards, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep 6 - 8 people. The Master Bedroom has a queen size double bed; the 2nd bedroom has a double bed; the 3rd bedroom has twin beds/King size double bed and the 4th bedroom, which is a walk through to the 3rd bedroom, has two single beds.

It has a lounge/ dining room with a fireplace and an enclosed patio. The well equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove, dishwasher & washing machine.

The Annex

The self-catering  Annex  is a one bedroom Cottage also next to the vineyards, which has a large lounge/ diningAnnex - Front viewroom with a patio in front.. It is round the corner from the Cottage.  The bedroom has a king size double bed which can be converted to twin single beds, plus a 2x single beds as a stack bed, where one pulls out the bottom bed for children.  The lounge has a sleeper couch as well.  The kitchenette has a microwave, stove with oven & fridge/ freezer.  Outside Barbeque facilities (Grid & 1 crate of wood provided).

The Annex is only hired out for a minimum stay of 2 nights.  A house rate applies for all long weekends, special weekends such as the Nuy Feast, Wacky Wine etc and peak season and not the per person per night rate.
